Dr. Amy J. Eubanks
Dr. Eubanks is the Medical Director at Elite Healthcare Physical Medicine. She is a Tanner Health System physician, specializing in Internal Medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1997. In 2001, she graduated from medical school from the Medical College of Georgia. She currently is an Outpatient Clinical Faculty member for the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Eubanks is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Medical Association of Georgia (MAG). Dr. Eubanks is also very involved with the local community. She is the Chief of Staff, member of the Board of Directors, and a volunteer with the Rapha Clinic, a community health and dental clinic located in Temple, GA and Bowdon, GA. She is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bremen, GA where she participates in the choir and provides guitar/bass instrumentation for the contemporary service.
Julie D. Weber, NP-C
Julie Weber is the nurse practitioner at Elite Healthcare Physical Medicine. She has been a healthcare provider in the West Georgia area for seven years. She is a graduate of Samford University, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1999. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Nursing from Kennesaw State University in 2006 and became a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007. She is extremely committed to the West Georgia Community. She is a member of Saint Margaret’s Episcopal Church where she teaches Sunday School to 8th and 9th grade students. She also serves her community as a volunteer Victims Advocate for the West Georgia Rape Crisis Center and as a member of the Auction Procurement Committee for the Magnolia Ball benefiting Tanner Medical Center. She is the West Georgia Chairperson of Alumni Affairs for the Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing, Samford University. Julie is also a Board Member of the Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing Advisory Board and a Board Member of the External Relations and Communications Committee of the Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing. She has two children and enjoys spending time with her family, reading and running.
Dr. Ryan C. Weber
Ryan Weber has been a chiropractor since 2003. He has served the West Georgia area for eight years. Dr. Weber received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science & Nutrition from Florida State University in 1999. He then relocated to Georgia to pursue his chiropractic education at Life University in Marietta. He graduated as Valedictorian of his class at Life University in 2003. He then formed a partnership with Dr. Mitchell Arnold in 2004 in Marietta, GA. Their practice, A&W Chiropractic, expanded to Carrollton in 2007. Ryan is a member of Saint Margaret’s Episcopal Church where he teaches Sunday School. Ryan is the team chiropractor for the University of West Georgia Athletic Department. He is a triathlete who participates in regional triathlons. In November 2012, Ryan finished the Ironman Florida triathlon. In September 2013 he completed the Ironman Louisville triathlon. Ironman triathlons are a 140.6-mile event consisting of a 2.2- mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile run. He is currently training for his third Ironman, in Chattanooga, TN in September 2015.
